Audi sphereNight Shanghai


 

The mobility of the future, for Audi this means linking vision and reality as closely as possible. At the sphereNight, Audi presented its vision of meaningful mobility to the Chinese press using three concept vehicles: grandsphere concept, skysphere concept, urbansphere concept. The CREATORS supported the Chinese project team in the concept development and produced parts of the media production content.

#FutureReady – Annual Media Conference

 

The task: to rethink the annual press conference. Consistently digital... and consistently dialogue-oriented. The concept: let the journalists look behind the scenes. Give them the opportunity to rediscover Audi. With Audi employees as moderators, reporters and discussion partners. This resulted in a format that was maximum authentic and credibly depicted the transformation process in the company.

Mission Progress Future Experience

 

For the first time, we supported Audi sales at the Central Launch Experience in the training center in Munich. Several thousand international sales employees experienced the future of the brand and company as part of a 30-minute Mission Progress Future Show. It became the starting signal for a new era.

Guangzhou Auto: Future is an Attitude

 

Together with Motive Communication we developed the creative concept for the Audi press conference at Guangzhou Auto. In addition, the CREATORS were responsible for all graphics and the production of the media content. Once again, we accompanied the project using remote working methods that have now been tried and tested: from the first creative exchange to the final show.

IAA 2021: #Future Ready

 

Under the motto #FutureReady international press and media representatives experienced a transformation update on all aspects of the Audi brand. The central topic: the great challenges of our time, which not only affect Audi, but the entire industry and society. CREATORS were responsible for the conception, including coordination of the content, and produced large parts of the films and graphic content.

Digital Q4 e-tron Media Day

 

Progress live: even before the global public saw the new Q4 e-tron, Audi presented its new series to the international press. In close coordination with the specialist department of AUDI AG and the colleagues from amalia events GmbH, Design Company and macomNIYU, the CREATORS developed the digital event concept and were responsible for the production of the media content.

Shanghai Auto 2021

 

CREATORS supported the Audi press conference as a concept agency and production house. In close coordination with AUDI AG, Audi China, FAW and SAIC, the CREATORS were responsible for the creative concept, process design, motion graphics, staging content and keynote presentations. The pandemic made traveling to China impossible - so all work processes were digitized and controlled 'remotely'.

Digital e-tron GT Experience

 

For the press launch of the new e-tron flagship, the CREATORS produced the official e-tron GT reveal trailer. A 5,000 square meter interactive light course served as an interactive backdrop for the shoot. The light objects react live when the e-tron GTs drive through them. Racing drones equipped with cameras accompanied the drives and provided breathtaking images.

Guangzhou Auto 2020

 

At the end of the year our first (not canceled) trade fair 2020 !!! Even if we weren't able to be there physically, we supported the Chinese event crew with the entire CREATORS team at full throttle. After all, it was a great experience to organize a real live event again.

In times of COVID-19 restrictions and limitations, CREATORS has developed an innovative high-end event-format for AUDI AG: Vorsprung.live. The event provides an update on brand, corporate and – for sure – product news. It has been developed to keep in touch with press and media representatives all over the world.

Audi is opening up a new chapter in its communications via digital channels. Journalists from all over the world are able to familiarize themselves with new products, explore technologies and gain exclusive insights in virtual environments. Aside from the experience aspect, dialog takes center stage. That is why the new formats emphasize intensive interactions between media representatives and experts from Audi.

Digital show experience

 

Internet and social media follow completely different rules than a live event. Corporate entertainment becomes corporate entertainment. And brands advance to entertainment groups. After the Geneva Motor Show was canceled, we brought the world premiere of the new Audi e-tron S models to the world wide web. And it attracted attention!

Light Matrix Installation: e-tron Sportback world premiere

 

We had the idea of ​​"marrying" video headlights (DML) with KUKA robots. Thus, living beings were created. Intelligent and empathetic, comparable to the famous PIXAR desk lamp. As a narrator, they took guests on a trip.

Consistently Audi

 

The IAA 2019 was different than in previous years. In 2019 the leading trade fair took place in the area of ​​tension between industry, politics and the sustainability. The event concept used the leading trade fair as a restart. Under the motto ‘Consistently Audi’ the four rings presented the results of a company-wide restructuring and realignment. Thus, the press conference became a strategy summit – for the first time, press and media representatives received information on 'the new Audi brand'.

Shanghai Auto: Vorsprung unleashed

 

The CREATORS team was responsible for the conception and production of the FAW & Audi press conference at Shanghai Auto 2019. With the AI:ME the brand presented an autonomously driving concept study for megacities like Shanghai. Then there was the world premiere of the Q2L e-tron, the China premiere of the new Audi Q3 and the start of sales of the new Audi e-tron.

THE CHARGE – next

 

No more fuel powered cars – electric automobiles only! CREATORS GmbH was assigned to develop this very special press conference at the Geneva Motor Show. The aim of the press conference was to publicize the Audi brand e-offensive and to underpin its position as the leading premium electric brand. The reveal of the Audi Q4 e-tron concept was the emotional highlight of the event. The innovative reveal generated hundreds of thousand views and likes on social media and set off a massive media echo.

From driving experience to experience drive

 

Best entertainment at the Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas. Audi brings the adventure park into the car and thus completely redefines the meaning of in-car-entertainment. CREATORS was assigned to stage the press conference and the TechTalks at the Audi booth. The press conference on the first day of the fair kicked-off the fair. Regular TechTalks then served to deepen specific topics.

30 Jahre FAW & Audi in China

 

Der Festakt stand unter dem Motto ‚Celebrating Vorsprung‘. 650 Gäste aus Medien, Regierung, Marken- und Konzernvortand erlebten eine ereignisreiche Zeitreise. In Form sich drehender Tribünen wurde das Auditorium zu THE CLOCK. Die Gäste wurden zu Zeitreisenden in das Gestern, Heute und Morgen des Joint Venture. Sie erlebten nicht nur Rückblicke, sondern vor allem Ausblicke auf anstehende Innovations- und Modeloffensiven. Ein 360° Erlebnis, das im Gedächtnis bleibt...

Audi e-tron World Premiere

 

Hunting Down Tesla in Silicon Valley Finally, the moment arrived: Audi presented its e-tron to the world’s media for the first time. At a special event, THE CHARGE, 1,500 guests including customers, VIPs and media from around the world came to San Francisco to experience Audi’s first fully electric vehicle. CREATORS supported this event from the initial concept phase through to its design and realisation. It was a milestone in Audi’s corporate history.

CREATORS produce the Audi A6 world launch event

 

It was a spectacle worthy of the silver screen. In a unique cinematic extravaganza, CREATORS produced the world premiere show for Audi’s new A6 at the International Geneva Motor Show. The concepts on display here broke with traditions. Instead of a traditional press conference, the audience experienced the A6 launch as a glamorous and compelling film festival. No executives boring audiences with long speeches; the electrifying imagery did all the talking.

CREATORS at No. 2 Spot in the Blach Report Creative Rankings

 

Having secured number 8 on last year’s Blach Report Creative Rankings, CREATORS GmbH advanced to second place in 2018/2019. This amazing finish is in large part due to our involvement in the Audi Summit event. Thanks to all our CREATORS. And many thanks, too, to all the partners, planners and initiators involved in this project. We’re looking forward to many more thrilling projects and challenges with you!

CREATORS rock the BEA World Festival

 

Winning 1 gold, 3 silver and 2 bronze awards, we rocked the BEA World Festival in Porto. We spent three unforgettable days with our partners madhat and Four To One in Portugal. We’re overwhelmed by the incredible response to our Audi brand show at the Audi Summit 2017. Thank you to all our partners at the Audi Summit 2017!

IAA goes AI

 

CREATORS produced the stringently focussed Audi Press Conference at the IAA 2017. The central theme was a new technology label, Audi AI, collating all the intelligent technologies that will make driving and spending time in cars not only more comfortable but also allow drivers to use their time in cars for other things.

Audi Brand Show with Kunal Nayyar

 

This was the most complex and demanding show we’d ever done. CREATORS were responsible for conceptual design and for large parts of the overall brand show production at the Audi Summit 2017. Known from the hit show The Big Bang Theory, actor Kunal Nayyar embarked on a journey of discovery through the Audi universe.   The media experienced insights into “Innovation, By Audi”. The impressive highlight of the show was the world launch presentation of the new Audi A8, the first car in the world to provide Level 3 autonomous driving. We’re proud to have been part of this team!


February 2017

CREATORS win the ADC Nagel in Bronze

 

The ADC awarded us a bronze “nail” for the holographic presentation we produced for the Audi A5 at the Paris Motor Show. Animations presented on transparent projection screens were interwoven with LEDs placed in the background to produce an extended reality effect. The presentation also interacted with the media grid of the trade show booth to create an immersive spatial experience. Many thanks to the ADC for this award.

Transitions in Mobility

 

CREATORS produced the Audi AG press conference at the Paris Motor Show.


The architectural framework was a digital cloud designed by Schmidthuber. The media grid covered over 2,000 m² and integrated around 7,000 LED tiles. This enabled us to visualise data streams and themes such as digitalisation and connectivity far beyond the Audi booth.

Light Robots Show

 

Light Robots Show, presenting the world premiere of the new Q2 City SUV at the International Geneva Motor Show. The idea: stage lights unexpectedly turn into living objects (Light Robots). The show presented the world launch of the Audi Q2, using the style of an interactive games console to deliver an action-packed synergy of moving lights and media content displayed on a 35-metre LED wall. It was the first and only show of its kind in the world.


January 2016

As pure as water:

 

H2O is the ideal element to symbolise a vehicle whose exhaust emits only water. CREATORS produced the world premiere show for the Audi h-tron quattro concept car at the NAIAS 2016 in Detroit. Thanks to Aquatique in Strasbourg for making the water wall happen. And a special ‘thank you’ to the team at 4-to-1 and Oettle Ferber for their amazing on-site support and planning!!!

Kinetic Media Installation at IAA 2015

 

Together with madhat in Offenbach, CREATORS realised the world’s first interactive media ‘sphere ballet’ during the global launch show for the Audi e-tron quattro concept.
