For the Audi Sales Division in Changchun, the CREATORS team once again designed and produced the FAW-Audi press conference as part of the increasingly important auto show in southern China. Since we were not able to travel to Guangzhou due to the Corona regulations, we supported the project team in China in the remote working method that has now been established. 16 years of China expertise in combination with well-founded brand know-how and working methods formed the basis for the consistently smooth project preparation.
CREATORS were responsible for the concept development, the content-creative process and produced all motion graphics, clips and media contents. We accompanied the project from the first creative exchange to the final show. The event CI in combination with the accompanying broadcast package laid the foundation for a number of further events. Thus, the Guangzhou Autoshow became the starting signal for the new visual brand appearance as part of international press communication.
Onsite, a 31-meter LED served as the central staging element and enabled the creation of highly immersive moments. The press conference started with a brand film specially developed for the big screen, which impressively brought “Vorsprung durch Technik” to life and catapulted the participants into the world of the Audi brand.
The subsequent product shows of the Audi Q4 e-tron and the Audi A8L Horch continued the consistent storytelling and helped to feel, see and understand the “Vorsprung” spirit of the brand. A multi-sensory experience that could also be followed live online and involved press representatives and Audi fans from around the world as the audience in the show.
Once again it has been shown that remote working methods and hybrid event concepts work out. Nevertheless, we hope that it will soon be possible again to get a taste of event air together with the audience on site. Back to live.
